With our annual holidays just around the corner, we want to make sure that you’re aware of our opening times.

With that in mind, we’ve put together some key delivery dates to help you plan for the coming weeks to ensure you’ve got your print in plenty of time. Take a look below for more information regarding our 2023/24 delivery schedule.

Our factory will be closed from Friday 22nd December and will open again on Tuesday 2nd January.

DPD will make their final collection from us on Thursday 21st December. If they have collected your order before we close, they may attempt to deliver it before we reopen in the new year but we cannot guarantee this. If this is the case, they will be in touch with a delivery window as normal.

Remember that all turnarounds can only be guaranteed if you have received and approved your proof by 1.00pm on the date of order. Any orders made over the holidays will begin their turnaround times when we reopen on 2nd January.

Deliveries will be made to England, Scotland, and Wales up until Friday 22nd December, DPD will not be delivering on:

Monday 25th December – Christmas Day
Tuesday 26th December – Boxing Day
Monday 1st January – New Year’s Day

Our client services and studio teams will also be enjoying some well-deserved time off so we won’t be able to answer any queries during our closed period. Our Customer Service department will close at 5:00pm on 21st December. Phone lines will open again at 9am on 2nd January and our team will reply to any emails you’ve sent in over the holidays.
